1. Agreement

By installing a Promax extension or creating a Manager Max Pro account you agree to these terms. If you use Promax for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone under 18.

3. Your account

One account works across all Promax extensions. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at security@managerpromax.com if you suspect misuse.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

• Plans: Free, Pro (monthly, yearly, lifetime), Team and Business, as described on our pricing page.
• Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, handles sales tax and issues invoices; Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. We email a reminder 7 days before a yearly renewal. Cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Team and Business are billed per seat (minimum 2).
• We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice. Existing lifetime purchases are not affected.

5. Lifetime plan

“Lifetime” means for as long as we offer Manager Max Pro, and includes all v1.x and v2 updates, up to 3 devices and 500 cloud AI actions per month. It is personal and non-transferable. If we ever shut down, we will give at least 90 days’ notice and a way to export your data.

6. AI features

• AI runs on your device where possible. If you connect your own AI account or key, your use is also subject to that provider’s terms; keys stay on your device.
• Our cloud AI credits are opt-in, capped per plan (fair use up to 100 actions per day on Pro) and may be paused to prevent abuse.
• AI output can be wrong. Check it before relying on it. AI-written text is labelled.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Promax to: break laws; send spam; collect personal data without a lawful basis; violate a website’s terms; attempt to access other users’ data; reverse engineer our server or licence system; or overload our services.

8. Your content

Your content belongs to you. Most of it stays encrypted on your device and we cannot read it. For Team/Business shared data we store only encrypted copies. You grant us only the rights needed to run the service.

9. Our software

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extensions under your plan. Open-source components are listed in each extension’s About page under their own licences.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it. We may change or remove features; we will not remove a core paid feature from a current paid period without a fair alternative or a pro-rata refund.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 for Free users), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your consumer rights.

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Pune having jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
